Our Story
Graham Forrester BSc MSc FRICS CIWFM Senior Director of GDA Surveys Ltd is highly capable and experienced property professional and Chartered Surveyor with specialisms in building surveying, facilities management, and project management. He has over 30-years’ experience working in senior estates, project and asset management and building surveying roles in-house, as a consultant and for contractors.
Graham is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. He has an MSc Degree in Facilities Management from the University of Reading and a BSc Degree in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University. He is Security Check (SC) cleared and has Enhanced DBS Certification through his role as a Trustee of a multi-school education trust.
