We can pre-qualify and vet contractors; prepare detailed schedules of work and contract preambles and preliminaries; manage the tender process (answering queries, hosting site visits, receiving and analysing tender submissions, prepare tender reports and offer recommendations); monitor contractor performance and quality of work; and manage the commercial aspects such as authorising interim and final payments, approving variations to scope and cost; and manage the defects liability period.

We can apply for planning permission and Building Regulations approval.
